Checking out that hottie on the street could cost you $90

Doug Maclean says he's totally capable of driving and checking out the backside of a woman walking past his car. The cops, however, weren't as impressed with his multitasking skills, issuing the U.K. man a $93 fine for taking his eyes off the road to put them on the pedestrian's back pockets. Despite arguing that he was neither leaning out the window nor "wolf-whistling," the officers still cited him, as he was caught on camera scoping out her as...sets. According to Maclean, one officer agreed with Maclean's assessment and admitted giving the girl a look too, but his partner quickly pointed out that "he wasn't driving." Got that, guys? Pull over or park before you get all creepy.
